Background & Experience
As Senior Vice President at NAI Legacy, Jorgen leads the firm’s investor relations, debt and equity financing efforts, legal compliance, and investment syndication. He also advises on acquisition strategy and supports the evaluation and structuring of investment opportunities.
Before joining NAI Legacy, Jorgen served as Portfolio Manager at ACKERBERG, where he managed a broad portfolio of private investment funds and joint ventures. During his tenure, he oversaw the strategic planning and execution of a $75 million national investment fund.
Jorgen’s legal background provides valuable expertise in regulatory compliance for investment offerings and securities matters. He has developed systems for investor communications, portfolio-level analysis, and fund operations that strengthen transparency, performance tracking, and stakeholder engagement.
Jorgen holds a Juris Doctor degree from William Mitchell College of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Denver. He is a CCIM candidate and holds advanced financial analysis and modeling certifications from NAIOP, along with ARGUS Enterprise certification.
