Justin Trittin is a commercial real estate advisor from Lakeville, Minnesota. He focuses on industrial tenant representation and investment sales throughout the Twin Cities. Justin started his brokerage career in Dallas with Hughes Marino, working in one of the country’s most competitive real estate markets before returning home to Minnesota.
Before entering brokerage, he spent two years in facility service sales with Cintas, where he worked closely with businesses to build service programs that fit their day-to-day operations. He also studied economics at Arizona State University, where he developed his interest in markets and long-term value.
Justin takes a relationship-first approach to real estate, helping clients secure space, negotiate favorable deals, and identify opportunities for growth. Outside of work, he’s a passionate sports fan and competitor, bringing the same energy and strategy from athletics into his work with clients.
